JCPenney salons are offering a free haircut for back-to-school for children in kindergarten - sixth grade during all of the month of August. I received this offer through email, but it is open to anyone with children in this age range.
I called the Towne Square Mall location in Boise and they are dedicating the entire day on August 1st to this promotion. You can also make an appointment for any other day in August on a space available basis.
